VFS: log process CPU + RSS alongside op stats
Adds per-tick rusage snapshot (user/sys seconds, delta since last
tick, wall delta, busy%, max RSS) to the [VFS] stats lines so we
can tell CPU-bound from IO-bound slowness without external tools.
